About The Owners
Jan & Graham bought the property in 2020, and live there with their 15 year old Weimaraner, Luna and their 4 year old German Shorthaired Pointer, Lilly.
The property continues to be a huge project, and will continue to be their home, but also with another B&B room (from 2026) and eventually more gite rentals.

Great Location
Situated in the centre of Aulnay, La Montgrande is walking distance to bars, restaurants, boulangeries & lots more.
Secure Parking
The garden is walled and fenced on all sides, with electric gates at the front, requiring a code to enter.
Dog Friendly
We welcome dogs in our gite, please just let us know when booking. The garden is also enclosed and gated at the front.

Fibre Wi-Fi
The Gite and B&B both have access to their own Fibre WiFi. Signal is good around the house and garden too. Perfect if you have a little work to do during your stay.
Plunge Pool
The plunge pool is perfect for cooling off in the heat of the French summer. This pool is exclusively for Gite guests.
English TV
The Gite has live English TV with access to series, catch up, films and even live sports too!
Weekly Markets
Market Day in Aulnay is on a Sunday morning, held in the village square, bars and a few of the shops are open, it can get very busy!
Thursday morning is a smaller market for essentials such as fruit & veg. Perfect for a morning coffee.
Spacious Garden
There are 2 acres of garden to enjoy (approx. 8,000m²), which is great for children or dogs to play, while you relax.
There are separate sitting areas for gite guests and B&B guests.
Breakfast Offered
A very delicious continental breakfast is offered to B&B guests. This includes fresh bread, pastries, jams, yoghurts, fruit, cereals, juice, tea, coffee and a hot breakfast snack.
